REFUND POLICY

Returns

Can I return my order? Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. The following conditions must be met:

  • The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as received.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident — damage due to negligent handling is excluded.
  • Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer. A return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this timeframe. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Send an email to: info@rina-boutique.com

Please ensure the email contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of damage
  • Customer first and last name
  • Customer address

We will then contact you and provide the return address. Never send the parcel back to the sender — we will send you the correct address after you have requested it. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

A. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last item. As we operate a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process until delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rina Boutique) by a clear declaration (for example, by email to info@rina-boutique.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Parcels in transit As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may however inform us in advance of your wish to cancel. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction — you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
